Do I need an appointment to see a Tempest Homes model home?
Yes, please schedule a showing with the model home’s agent to ensure someone is there to answer questions and show you around. You can view our regular hours by clicking the schedule button for the home you’d like to view. If those times don’t align with your schedule, we’ll work with you to schedule an appointment outside of our normal hours.
Can I bring my own real estate agent?
Absolutely, we’re happy to work with your agent, just let us know when you schedule your visit so we can plan accordingly.
Can I see more than one model home in a visit?
Our model homes are 15-20 minutes apart, so many buyers will tour both in the same afternoon. Just let us know you plan to visit both and we can plan accordingly.
What's the difference between a model home and a move-in ready home?
Our model homes are fully furnished to provide an example of what a finished Tempest home might look like. They are not for sale. Our move-in ready homes are unfurnished and available for purchase now.

Photos, floorplans, and virtual tours don’t do our homes justice. Touring one of our models gives you a chance to feel the square footage and experience the layout. It’s also the best way to see our standard features in person, so you know exactly what’s included before you compare builders.

Our team will be there to walk you through the model, discuss available lots, and help you decide which floorplan is the best fit for your lifestyle and budget.
